Toy Packing & Community Support

The second night of Toy Packing was a great success.  Well over  100 people
packed toy boxes tonight in less than an hour.    Chatham Goodfellows is
overwhelmed by the on-going community support.


The first photograph – Chatham TekSavvy Cobra Travel team are preparing to
pack the toy boxes.


The second photograph – Anjema Eye Institute have been long term, on-going
supporters of Chatham Goodfellows.  In the photograph (L-R) President Tim
Haskrell receives $850.00 from Janet Rogers, Doctor Chris Anjema, Becky Pye,
Rachel Hedden and Maddie Wilson.


The third photograph – Pay it Forward and Praise Fellowship Church prepared
over 100 Christmas stockings full of toys and gifts.  The stockings were
dropped off at the Chatham Goodfellows Toy Barn today.  In the photograph
(L-R) President Tim Haskell receives the stockings from Joanne Fluery,
Dillon Koppes, Pastor Mike Koppes and Geri Ann Hughson.


The fourth photograph – Through the Christmas season, PetSmart collected
Teddy Bears for Chatham Goodfellows.  Today 880 Teddy Bears were donated for
Toy Packing.  In the photograph (L-R) Tom Gibson Assistant Store Leader and
Rita Gibson Store Leader present the Teddy Bears to Goodfellows President
Tim Haskell.

Key Dates:

–   Toy Packing 6pm to 8pm December 10 to December 13,  2018 at 463 St. Clair Street (the former Fabricland building next to Dimitar’s).
–   Delivery date is Monday, December 17, after 5:30.
–   Street Sales are being conducted on Friday, December 14 and Saturday, December 15.
–    Food packing is at Spirit and Life Centre (St. Joseph Site), packing/delivery on Tuesday December 18 – packing beginning at 8am – deliveries beginning at 11:30 am.
